RESERVATION POLICY

FLEXIBLE RATES INCLUDING OR EXCLUDING BREAKFAST

To confirm reservations, a deposit of half of the room nights, at least a one night stay, is required at the time of booking by credit card. Unless previously cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the guest is responsible for the full reservation as booked.

If you cancel or change your reservation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, you will get your money back, less a $50 per room processing fee. If you cancel in the last 2 weeks prior to arrival , we will have to charge your deposit. When cancelled in the last 48 hours prior to check in at 3pm, the full 100% of your reservation will be charged. We advise you to buy travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. A shortened stay or not showing up will be regarded as a cancellation, and guests will be charged for their room. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 11AM. A late check-out fee may apply. We require a two night minimum stay for a designated room. One night reservations are accepted, but may be subject to a room change.
We will guarantee all reservations in writing upon receipt of your deposit.

NON REFUNDABLE AND ADVANCE PURCHASE RATES INCLUDING OR EXCLUDING BREAKFAST

To confirm reservations, a deposit of the room night (s)  in full including taxes is required at the time of booking by credit card to confirm reservation.

All our non-refundable and advance purchase reservations once booked are non-refundable nor changeable for any reason. Also a shortened stay or not showing up will be charged in full. In high season. We require a two night minimum stay for a designated room. One night reservations are accepted, but may be subject to a room change. We will guarantee all reservations in writing upon receipt of your deposit. Please read your confirmation carefully as you are responsible for payment for all dates that you have reserved.

IMPORTANT:

After a deposit is received all reservations are final and depending on the room rate our cancellations are applicable. With 20 guest rooms and suites, we are a boutique property and all rooms are guaranteed available after you make a reservation. We do not overbook our hotel as larger properties do and rely on the rooms sold to schedule staff and successfully operate our inn and restaurant. Therefore our cancellation policy is strict and applied no matter what the urgent reason is. We understand something unexpected may happen and we highly recommend to always have a travel insurance when traveling.  We accept specific room reservations by telephone only. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Special arrangements must be made for arrivals after 9 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Group reservation policies vary.

PRIVATE VILLA CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
