To confirm reservations, a deposit of half of the room nights, at least a one night stay, is required at the time of booking by credit card. Unless previously cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the guest is responsible for the full reservation as booked.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, you will get your money back, less a $50 per room processing fee. If you cancel in the last 2 weeks prior to arrival , we will have to charge your deposit. When cancelled in the last 48 hours prior to check in at 3pm, the full 100% of your reservation will be charged. We advise you to buy travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. A shortened stay or not showing up will be regarded as a cancellation, and guests will be charged for their room. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 11AM. A late check-out fee may apply. We do require a two night minimum stay for a designated room. One night reservations are accepted, but may be subject to a room change.
We will guarantee all reservations in writing upon receipt of your deposit.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Special arrangements must be made for arrivals after 9 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
