Naturally, as a Dutch owned property, we were asked to prepare a dinner with the Dutch nationally acclaimed chef Dennis van den Beld, Executive Chef, Landgoed Het Roode Koper. Van den Beld previously worked at the 2 Michelin star and internationally acclaimed ‘De Lindenhof’ in The Netherlands under Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef Martin Kruithof. Beld has won several prestigious awards including the Wynland Vogel Award-2014 and the Dutch National Championships in the young and upcoming chefs category in 2014. The evening promises to be a wonderful marriage of two farm to table regions and award winning chefs.
