Lifestyle Coach

As part of our Lifestyle Experience we have a Lifestyle Coach, Michael Shell, available to offer a selection of transformative experience excursions to individuals and groups. Have you tried every diet without successfully losing weight or is it impossible to stop smoking? Michael is able to teach you how to gain more focus and clarity, helping to identify what prevents you from achieving your goals. Whatever the Lifestyle change is you would like to make, whatever the goal is you would like to achieve, both personal and professional, Michael is able to offer you the tools needed to create the life you love. Some excursions or sessions take place over a weekend, others are week long.

Michael Shell is also the Life Coach of Raymond Brunyanszki, co-owner of Camden Harbour Inn and Raymond highly recommends his services; “I work long days and work hard to ensure our guests have the best experience. Michael helps me to stay focused and balanced, but also shows me how to channel my creative thoughts and translate them into successful business modules,” Raymond Brunyanszki says.

Michael offers Authentic Communication and Generative Thinking workshops to individuals, couples and corporations. He has led over 30 Authentic Communication workshops and 10 Authentic Communication Practice Groups. Michael is a certified Hatha yoga teacher, Life Coach, Mediator and Holistic Health Counselor. He holds a MBA from Thunderbird.

Michael has been teaching yoga since his certification by the Sivananda Yoga organization in March, 2003. He is a certified Holistic Health Counselor by the by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and was trained as a Life Coach in 2002 by Landmark Education. Other teachings that influence his work include David Deida, Ken Wilbur, Neale Donald Walsch, Eckhart Tolle, Carolyn Myss, Non-violent Communication, Question Thinking and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Michael has over 12 years of experience in the service industry and has extensive travel experience having traveled throughout the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
